It has dual levers and only one will lift only one of the lift arms. I suspect the pump is working since one lever will respond. I am contemplating trying to remove the unit and overhaul it. The tech manual says the lube pressure should be 42 psi with 110 degree oil and 30 with 150 degree oil. I didn't run it long enough to get it up to 110 but 80 degree oil made 60 psi at 2000 rpm.
